They need to pick a viable candidate, and I speak as a someone that almaost always goes with the republican. What happened to a democrat like Bill Clinton??? I guess Obama killed that democrat party. Slick Willie may have had some serious wandering ayes, but at least as president he was a likable guy, even if you disagreed with all his policy. I was never embarassed of being represented globally by him. If the Dems find a likable candidate like him, man or woman, and move to the center a little bit on the big issues they can win it in 2028. If they keep rolling along with the identity politics, and checking boxes, they are doomed for the forseeable future.

Slick Willy killed that party. Slick Willy and Hillary embraced the Wall Street Money and later the SF Big Tech money, and all the debauchery that comes with it. Today, it's laughable at best the Democrats can put in an ad that they are working for the middle class.

When Obama ended Occupy, it was the wake up call for those of us that went to school before they stopped teaching critical thought. That time is also in line with the Ewok line.

Your probably correct, especially when he sold out the unions and working class supporting NAFTA. I guess I never thought of the transition of the dems with the tech boom from being for the working man to the tech class which turned into the laptop class.

I don't think there is any question that the Republican candidate in 4 years will be JD .

He is awesome and has the breadth of experience from being raised in a drug savaged family and then perhaps " saved" by the Marines. The Marines happen to be the finest leadership school , perhaps in the world. He's also going to have the respect of the military , perhaps with the exception of the Palace Princes of the Pentagon.

This version of the democrats is terminal. But when they get it and die off is unclear. Their relationship to the big money, WEF, Soros, Gates, Rockefeller, crazies at Atlantic Council, universities, green new deal acolytes etc will keep driving this moribund morass of losers for awhile. Early assessments by MSM doesn’t at all look self reflective. And so like the Tar Baby, they may be getting shellacked for awhile hopefully.

Dems should find a likable guy? Like Trump?

Bill Clinton had two things going for him:

1. He knew what a woman was…perhaps too well.

2. He was fiscally responsible.
