1. He hasn't had a trial in eight years because he causes his own delays. Linked story says his lawyers keep asking for delays, and then he changes legal teams, causing more delays. Covid also played a part by slowing down the system.

2. I want him to have his trial, because he may well be innocent of murder. No-knock warrants are so dangerous to cops and targets that Killeen Police banned them after this tragedy. If police burst into his place without announcement, he had every right to assume intruders and open fire. A trial will make the facts clear. He should let his lawyers get to work.

3. It's not remotely tedious to charge J6 seditionists with sedition. It's what the rule of law is about: charge criminals; take them to trial; send them home if exonerated; send them to jail if convicted.

4. Pelosi and Shumer didn't charged them with sedition. The Justice Department did.

5. It's "genius," not "genuis," but I'm sure that was a typo.

3. Like any other criminals, seditionists come in different flavors. The "real" seditionist of which you speak might have to be dispatched with a gun, not handcuffs.

4. Of course they accused them of it from a position of power. So does every other politician, Republican or Democrat. I wish they'd just shut up and let the courts do their work.

That's why I want the trial to start already. Capital murder may be a vast overcharge, but until we see actual facts and testimony, none of us know what actually happened that morning.

Agree on Gawd save us from the genius class, because they often outsmart themselves and hurt us in the process.
