I think he sees, and values, US service men and women as something more than cannon fodder. So no I do not think he is a neocon. Additionally he served in the military. Haley did not. Cheney II (Liz) did not. Dick Cheney dodged the draft.

He had Julian Assange dragged from the Ecuadorian embassy in London to Belmarsh prison. Fuck him!

He had disputes with the Ecuadoran government. That led to his asylum being revoked and the Ecuadoran embassy allowing his arrest as the US has indicted him for crimes related to unlawful assess to computers. He is imprisoned in the UK because he is using the UK legal system to fight extradition to the US.

He didnтАЩt have disputes with the Equadorian embassy until Moreno who betrayed former president CorreaтАЩs policies and even tried to have him arrested, made a deal with the US to hand Assange over. Assange has committed no crimes. There was no unlawful access to computers by Assange. Assange is a publisher. The US is bent on revenge for itтАЩs crimes being exposed by WikiLeaks.

Assange got his start as a hacker. I guess we differ but I think spreading shit on the walls of one's sanctuary is pretty foul. We don't know whether or not he broke any laws as he is resisting extradition and thus has not been tried for the crimes alleged against him in the US. He was accused of rape in Sweden and those charges were dropped. As for the "publisher" argument I find it unpersuasive. Publishers traditionally had long been accountable for what they publish but internet "publishers" routinely publish then claim they are not in fact publishing g but merely hosting content providers. The Assange case may well provide much needed clarification. Mostly what Manning, Assange and Wikileaks prove to me is that reliance on digital technology is not secure.

The fact that you use smear tactics produced by the national security state and amplified by corporate state media tells me you have very little accurate information on the case. You probably would have supported life in prison for Daniel Ellsberg back in the day. He was a loyal supporter of Julian Assange.

The fact that the CIA was allowed to listen in and record JulianтАЩs private conversations with his lawyer should have gotten the case thrown out on that point alone. If youтАЩre expecting the rule of law to be followed by the Brits or the US in this case, you are delusional.

Do you have a mirror? Because what you are doing is you are gaslighting 101. You cannot form a cogent argument and spout meaningless drivel. You cannot even stay on topic. And then you resort to ad hominem. From your first reply to me to this one. There is no surer tell of weak intellect.

What you are doing is spouting CIA talking points and you charge me with a weak intellect? LOL! Tell you what. Go to Consortium News, the Gray Zone or many other independent news orgs and look through the archives for Assange. Get educated on the topic before you accuse others of gaslighting.

I do not receive CIA talking points. Nor am I a CIA apologists or proponent. There are problems with the CIA. Problems deep and beyond your ability to understand. Keep your recommendations for "independent" news to yourself because you have no credibility with me.
