No one. There is no one person to make it right. Begging for that is begging for Napoleon, for Caesar, and if there was ONE THING our entire federal government was designed to do, it was to keep that from happening because PEOPLE, just like you, are prone to wanting the Great Man to save them.

I understand fully your point.

You are avoiding mine.

Why?

First off - there is no one. Not Trump, not anyone in politics at all. Every politician is suspect. The idea is so fundamentally wrong, that it is impossible for me to say "oh, I would trust this person to be the Great Leader". How can you not possibly understand that?

I will admit, this is not my only defect as a human being.

First off, I stated I understand your position.

Do you disagree that throughout history, history has been changed many times by one person? It might be one man leading a charge up a hill or a monk setting himself on fire.

So I will try one more time.

I will try to make it simple for you.

If someone held a loaded gun to your head and told you they were going to blow it off your shoulders if you don't pick one person who you think can turn the tide in America, who would you pick?

I will end my comments here.

I was going to suggest - put a gun to my head and I will give the same answer. So fucking shoot me asshole.

You honestly deserve Augustus Caesar - for he brought order to Rome, by destroying the government that had existed for centuries.

Edit to add - before you get that gun pointed to my head, mine will be drawn and fired into your gut.
