I agree, and I think it’s a good start. It will also bring to the forefront, the differences in each state. I know CA has ranked near or at the bottom for several years now and maybe being in full control of their own destiny without the federal government to blame will serve as a wake up call for some in the state to do something about the problem. I’m going to remain hopeful for now. At least some action is being taken. The saying, “do something even if it’s wrong “, may apply here. Plus there’s the added benefit of reducing federal bloat and saving money.
