Defacing property is a crime, even though it’s not prosecuted in the People’s Republic of New York City, except against certain individuals and groups.

Exactly. And that's that's the only kind of thing that should be prosecuted, actual crimes, not protests -- no matter whether they're done for Palestinians, George Floyd, or correcting stolen elections.

Don't need "charges." Need one picture of Khalil illegally occupying a building, harassing a student, etc., and he's gone. Administrative removal. Visa card holders are guests who should behave themselves.

Yes, we would ALL like to see this alleged "evidence" of these "crimes" he allegedly "committed." Interesting how none has been produced.

Then as deportation is discretionary, that may be sufficient evidence of crime to deport. All I'm arguing is that feds drop any speech/thought targeting, as well the appearance of it as a driving rationale.
