Yes. I knew reality would win out eventually. It’s just a matter of how much damage gets done first.

Yes, and how long it takes to recover. With covid could be 4 or 5 generations.

How do we deprogram our children and young adults and stop the lunatic indoctrination they're receiving and will keep receiving from fellow travelers who've embedded themselves in our school and university system like chiggers?

Homeschool and don't send to liberal college. My daughter was in High School when one of her teachers was promoting HRC for President. She questioned Benghazi and the teacher stopped the discussion and said we will discuss it tomorrow. Students didn't know what Benghazi meant. Never finished it.

To do that you've got to detach the teachers' unions from all educational levels. Be free to hire the best, certifications be damned, they're often meaningless, but also to fire the worst, and free from ideological capture. The

certification, the more layers of administration, and diktata, and ideology, the worst our schools got.

Abolish tenure, which no other careers enjoy. Government employees and teachers were not always unionized because of political and to some extent taxpayer concerns. During a meeting sponsored by FAIR a few years ago, a lifelong educator told of promotion, at the annual teaching conferences, of the radical ideologies we're seeing now. They're the executors. When teachers didn't agree, she saidz they were afraid to speak up. But the overwhelming majority of leadership did agree. The leftward swing was in play for decades and supported by most of the leadership.

If you can afford to live in Manhattan, you should get out of the dystopian hellscape that is Blue States and move somewhere that your common sense and tethering to reality will produce less friction and stress.

I will stand firm and speak the truth (politely). Have to bloom where I am planted. There is a lot children can learn about the world from having outsider values at home. I would, however, be thrilled if our girls married Southerners! Perhaps TFP can start a forum for parent matchmakers.
