If “humanities” degrees offered any value to anyone these graduates would be able to pay off their loans would they not?

So I went to school to go to school and to learn stuff I didn't know. History, classics, literature. Try it, it might open your mind a little. Why not? At the time I could pay with grants and the costs were a LOT lower. Added to the fact it was an expanding economy.

I have no problem with history, classics and literature. They are not taught enough. But can you seriously claim the “fill in the black - studies” degrees provide monetary value?

All these studies degrees didn’t exist in the 60’s and 70’s for good reason. They are worthless. The only value they provide is too the growing grievance industry that is hell bent on destroying Western Civilization. They don’t hide this fact. They shout it from the rooftops.

Well it is kind of difficult to have a rational discussion with someone who is clearly delusional as for your first point.

As for your second point it is probably not possible in the neoliberal gilded age we currently live in. I suggest getting rid of 3/4 of the administrators and cutting the salaries of the rest by 2/3. To start with.
