Yes, that's exactly what I'm telling you. Furthermore, that 14% is the entirety of compensation of American workers. INDIVIDUAL workers are almost assured to receive more pay as their INDIVIDUAL skills and productivity improve. IE older workers are more skillful and are paid more than young workers.

The reason that workers are not capturing the productivity improvements as a whole is because those improvements are coming on the capital side of the equation.
