A Castro or a Stalin always rises to the top of any "revolutionary socialist workers party" - that's why it's the greater of two evils.

So all the 175 million workers of the USA can do is sit around and wait for the capitalist criminals of the USA to blunder their way into WWIII, killing us and our families? Not a great strategy, Mick. And Castro was nothing like Stalin. I guess workers in Europe should have given up overthrowing the monarchies of Europe after 1793 because it was inevitable that all that could happen would be that another Robespierre would rise to the top?

Just ask Mark to tell us which country in history made out well from going down the communist rabbit hole. HeтАЩll tell you, this time weтАЩll get it right, right here in the USA!

Every socialist revolution that ever occurred produced in the end a stable, civilized nation-state far superior and with a higher standard of living than the society it overthrew. Every single one of them!

So what the fuck happened to тАЬevery single one of themтАЭ, if they were so successful. Go ahead explain, USSR, Venezuela, Cuba, Cambodia, Eastern Europe etc etc.!

The USSR went from being a collapsed universally-hated monarchy to a First World superpower in just 25 years (it took the US about 125 years to do that); Venezuela never overthrew their capitalist class; Would you rather live in capitalist Haiti or socialist Cuba?; The standard of living for workers in Cambodia is higher than before their revolution sfaik; Eastern Europe is threatened by murderous nationalist and religious conflict that was impossible under USSR; War in Ukraine so destructive to both Ukraine and Russia unthinkable under USSR. You left out Vietnam, the DPRK and the most successful of all the socialist countries by far: China! Life expectancy in China is now higher than that in the USA! Socialism definitely works - for workers and especially for peasants.

Cuba - Castro and Che were racist and anti-gay: they hated Blacks and homosexuals and tortured/murdered them.

Cambodia - Did you forget the killing fields?!?

USSR - Gulags and living in constant fear of being sent to one. Oh, and being murdered all the time...

DPRK - Execution by artillery??? Eating rats and bugs to survive??

Vietnam - Slaughtered the Hmong people of the hills.

China - Great, unless you're a Nepalese or a Uighur. And, did anyone say child slavery???

PS - If they're so great, why aren't you living there?

"Castro and Che were racist and anti-gayтАЭ: half right; they were just as opposed to gay rights in their day as the leaders of the US were during that period; that actually showed that neither Castro or Che were Marxist/Leninist (the Bolsheviks decriminalized homosexuality in 1917); as for Castro and Che being racist that is nothing but slander; and how were American black workers being treated in the US during Castro and CheтАЩs lifetimes?;

CambodiaтАЩs Pol Pot was a renegade from Marxism/Leninism whose murdering spree was stopped in its tracks not by the US or the UN but by revolutionary socialist Vietnam;

As a Trotskyist you need not remind me of the monstrous crimes of the Stalinists, who were also renegades from revolutionary Marxism/Leninism and whose greatest crime was selling out the USSR;

Your claims about the DPRK are based on what sources? I never heard of these things but I do know that the US military slaughtered 3 million men, women and children during the Korean WarтАж

Really? At the cost of just a few hundred million people we can all have stability after we reorient our economies to be more capitalistically aligned, like China? While those that live lose their freedoms and liberties as well as their souls? Mark fix the issues of capitalism but leave the death cult of communism to the death eaters

There is no тАЬdeath cult of communismтАЭ; in fact, life expectancy has increased in every socialist country after their revolutions; if there is a тАЬdeath cultтАЭ anywhere it must be тАЬthe death cult of capitalismтАЭ which launched WWI, WWII, the Korean, Vietnamese, Iraq, Afghanistan, Balkan and Ukraine wars, killing hundreds of millions of people - and now they want to sacrifice hundreds of millions of us once again by provoking the start of WWIII. The worldтАЩs #1 capitalist death cult - that of the US capitalist class - has even caused life expectancy in the US to fall below that in Socialist China!

Which is why we have the CIA to destabilize and coup them. Then install a fascist puppet to give foreign corporations free rein to plunder, pillage and exploit. ItтАЩs a very recognizable pattern, but donтАЩt count on the banker captured media to report it that way.
