They increased our dues from $25/mo to $37/mo. They had the nerve to tell us in a letter that residents weren't paying, so they were raising the dues on those who do! It really created a lot of anger, especially once we discovered they were only allowed to raise rates according to a formula that included the CPI. They weren't doing any collections and were spending money like drunken sailors.
