If you're not for that, then the next step is to define a social/political/economic system that is not based on libertarian fairy dust or other utopian fictions. How is a society that actually provides the individual with the necessary freedom to self-determination and a social/legal/economic system capable of holding society together and preventing the whole thing from spinning out of control and ending in oligarchic despotism? That has yet to be answered.
If one reads the PRC Constitution (pre-Xi changes), it actually reads pretty neatly and fairly, with the usual odd contradictions or fallacy, but for human construct, it isn't bad. The same can be said for ours. Then, it all seems to get lost in translation and activation; everyone forgets it and does what they want.
