Spring cold? Those are the worst. Take care

Sounds semi-serious, I hope it's not. Take it easy, take care, and slow down! You don't go to hell for taking breaks.

My parents have a pug named Walter who watches TV intently. I want to turn on a show with Walter K on it for him and see how he reacts.

Well there goes my Monday evening plans! Guess I’m going to have to tune into Rachel Maddow now for my information. That witch never misses a day.

In all seriousness, feel better, Matt. We need you healthy!

Echoing the good thoughts and well wishes. Vitamin C, and lots of it, young man!!

Obviously I don’t know what your health issue is, Matt, but if it’s a typical viral illness, please consider having your vitamin D level checked. Many, if not most, Americans are deficient in vitamin D, and our immune systems suffer for it. I aim for a minimum level of 50 ng/mL, which is higher than most doctors recommend (they’re typically only taught about vitamin D for bone health). If you need a supplement, get one that contains vitamin K2, or take an additional vitamin K2 supplement. Helps to keep calcium from depositing in the arteries.

Get well soon.

Was going to recommend the same thing. Do take K2 with vitamin D, it is essential. I also recommend vitamin C. I have not had a cold or the flu since I began taking them in 2021.

Zinc too! I use ZIcam, Coldeeze or their respective generic equivalents. They really work.

You’re probably not well enough to read these comments- But if you have a sinus cold or a chest cold- I recommend a natural Indian healing plant- It’s called yerba Santa- You can find them online like at Etsy or something- You put them in a pot boil them and inhale the steam for about 10 minutes. Put about a handful in the pot of leaves. I promise it’ll get a hold of congestion out of your sinuses if that’s the issue- Native Americans knew shit- My girlfriend had chronic sinus infections until she started inhaling the steam regularly- Be happy to send you some, but I know you’re too much of a celebrity to try it from a stranger-

I gather it fresh from the California mountains-

Matt, take it easy and get some much needed rest. I will most definitely be mentioning your name ( and Walter’s!) in my prayers this evening. May God bless you and return you to good health.
