The Cheetohead Documents Case did not "collapse". It was booted by a partisan hack who's already been reversed once by the 11th Circuit. Constitutional Scholar, Bruce Fein, believes that this latest decision will suffer the same fate:

Seeing the Orange Menace hoist on the petard of the Espionage Act would be just desserts for his persecution of Assange.

The link I referenced was to the Ralph Nader Radio Hour. I hold both Nader & Fein in higher regard than the Washington Times. The issue I am raising is whether the case against Cheetohead was dismissed for valid reasons. Being a Constitutional Scholar, and former Reagan Dept. Justice Department Official, I'm going to ascribe a fair amount of credulity to Fein.

You blew it with 'Cheetohead'. Clearly, you are bigot. Would you bother to listen to anyone's opinion that started off with, 'Those n***ers are so stupid and lazy that..." That's about as far as you would read, right? You will appeal to other bigots of a certain ilk, but you will not appeal to rational people. Don't waste your breath and our time.

I was thinking a dickhead is calling the President Cheetohead. Why listen to any dickhead? He probably wears a black mask over his dickhead.

That last remark about either a retreat from the "at all costs" mindset , or "doubling down", was insightful.
