If Virginia goes red it will 100% be downstream of the school/gender/rape scandals under the NoVa Dems.

"It would be a shock if the Virginia numbers held"

Lots of shocking numbers tonight, though -- and nearly all of them look good for Trump.

Yep. For them to have called Virginia so early, says that they expected a strong showing. Oops!

Likely they assumed it wasn't possible for the Dems to alienate any NoVa residents and so the spread would replicate the last election. May still go blue but more competitive than expected I think.

I live in Fairfax County. Of course, we’re deep blue. But I’ve been shocked at how many Trump signs have popped up. It’s actually been amusing. It’s a battle of the lawn sign. Not saying Trump will take VA, but I think people are sick of keeping their mouths shut.

I live in a blue area and no Trump signs in yards not one. This morning as I drove along the major streets there were Trump signs all along them...

Anecdotally, my wife is vice chief of our election precinct in deep blue Fairfax County Virginia. She just go home and reported that this reliably democrat precinct was nearly tied. Harris narrowly won. This is really, really unusual for my neighborhood.

The stupidest thing ever done politically was to lump all immigrants together -- cartel traffickers with legit hard-working immigrants. Beyond stupid, and IMO, shows you the ignorant prejudices of the elites. (I'm married to an immigrant, father an immigrant, grandparents immigrants)

100% agree. If it matters which party is in power federally, we have already failed. Between DOGE and RFK I hope they reinstate the Constitution and bill of rights and get rid of the three letter agencies making a mockery of our Republic.

Normally I agree. But not now. Because I hope for true real federal election reform. And definitely gearing ride of at least all these cri.inal illegals. Shutting off the money. Turning back mandates.

I agree but IMO the Dems need a serious wakeup call to bring them back to the center. Their leftward lurch (social justice, DEI, uncontrolled immigration, gender ideology in schools, jew hate etc..) has done so much damage it will take a minimum of 4 years to correct the error of their ways.
