Give up the First Amendment talk, "free speech" has been dead on college campuses for 20 years or more.. It has just become a Big Deal now because for once, it is a Left wing cause ("Free Palestine"/pro-Hamas) that is getting it's wings clipped, and even that is being exaggerated. Conservatives have been getting excluded/shouted down/attacked for decades on campus with nary a peep... but now that the antisemites are being squeezed, we're supposed to think it's a crisis. Bunk.

Defund, dismantle, and re-invent higher education--Now.

Unlike you, I know my history, which did not, actually, begin in the 1940s. There were Jews in Palestine thousands of years before Muhammad's great-grandfather was a twinkle in his sire's eye.

And under Muhammad, in many cases, "men of a Book," which included Jews and Christians as well as Muslims, lived at peace.

I suspect the prophet would not be well pleased with a good number of his followers today.

It would only be "genocide" if anyone were actually attempting to eradicate every Muslim, as many Muslims wish upon all Jews.

Otherwise you need to torture the term out of its meaning, as so many on the left love to do to language. Like the CDC did with "vaccine."

"The Convention on the Prevention and Punishment of the Crime of Genocide (CPPCG), or the Genocide Convention, is an international treaty that criminalizes genocide and obligates state parties to pursue the enforcement of its prohibition. It was the first legal instrument to codify genocide as a crime and the first human rights treaty unanimously adopted by the United Nations General Assembly on 9 December 1948, during the third session of the United Nations General Assembly. The Convention entered into force on 12 January 1951 and has 153 state parties as of February 2025."

"The Convention defines genocide as any of five "acts committed with intent to destroy, in whole or in part, a national, ethnic, racial or religious group." These five acts include killing members of the group, causing them serious bodily or mental harm, imposing living conditions intended to destroy the group, preventing births, and forcibly transferring children out of the group. Victims are targeted because of their real or perceived membership of a group, not randomly.[6] The convention further criminalizes "complicity, attempt, or incitement of its commission." Member states are prohibited from engaging in genocide and obligated to pursue the enforcement of this prohibition. All perpetrators are to be tried regardless of whether they are private individuals, public officials, or political leaders with sovereign immunity."

Indeed. Therefore, we agree that targeting terrorists as such is not genocide, even if said terrorists insist upon using their more peaceable co-religious as human shields.

Unless, of course, one considers terrorists as a group which may not be targeted without genocidal intent.

Are Matt and Walter finally going to discuss Jay Bhattacharya (their mutual friend as claimed on this show) using NIH to censor critics of Israel? Of threatening to pull funding from research on terminal illnesses in children if the researchers don’t pledge to never boycott Israel?

How about the D.C. Trump prosecutor who’s trying to revoke the non-profit status of Wikipedia over alleged foreign actors unfavorably editing the site with information conflicting with U.S. foreign policy (content critical of the Israeli genocide of Gaza.)

Wow, not a Bhaytacharya fan but for him to politicize NIH goes too far or is this just a continuation of its role in our society to be an arm of the military government not here to serve humanity the citizens of USA. B man’s stance reflects my sense that he was always a shill for the DoD and the government see him pushing vax for elderly while not disclosing he was a tenured professor at Stanford who focused on the economics of health care. Why else would he push vax on vulnerable elders and help them die from Covid and its lethal treatments thus contributing to culling of the population - CIA hot bed found at Stanford. Bhattachary - controlled opposition - a term I learned during covid but had a hard time recalling today- a term I used a lot during height of Covid for immediate experts that appeared magically during Covid to inculcate us with their version of reality - people like Malone, Kirsch, Kory and eventually Bhattachary and Kennedy- people who now created their own Foundations or Mc Cullough and The Wellness Company and his then his own foundation see “public service announcement” of him touting his company and foundation on Wall Street surrounded by gorgeous women/ oh my. I became convinced that these people

are deep state operatives or neocons or CIA or DoD operatives that play both sides- I had to read their columns consistently before I realized this was what ,controlled opposition sounded like and acted like and why they were always at the forefront of the conversation in and on multiple venues.

We were played they are still

playing many - now I trust fewer snd fewer cause they no longer have credibility. Read everyone with discernment- when Walter and Matt call Battacharya their friend question why? Do they even know him or did his slick soft spoken unctiousness win them over? How do they know him?

consistently but gradually realized their role in dis/mis/mal

Information - then deleted their posts- then today when listening to a podcast and hearing how much USA pays to

produce propaganda not just in USA but around the world realized that everything we are told must be verified or dismissed unless you have vetted the spice thoroughly which is no easy task.

After 80 years of watching the American Left grow ever more petulant, the cries of Applebaum and her peers sound like a tired chorus from the 1960s. If they think their endless wailing and threats will once again shame half of America into retreating into silence and invisibility, they are badly mistaken. If the Left’s latest generation dares to tighten the screws once more on Americans who have suffered economic, cultural, and social oppression for fifty years, they will meet fierce resistance—and they will regret having underestimated the resolve of those they seek to suppress.

The ding dong duo will explain how free speech is very important unless it’s critical of Israel. At that point, they’re going to need time to get more information. The ICJ is currently reviewing information that might be useful in forming an opinion about the behavior of gods chosen people. The capitulation on this is going to make the pandemic look small.
